Theradex® maintains cost-effective data management systems suitable to any project size or design through its own state-of-the-art multi-server computer network. Available data management systems range from individual, electronic data capture software installations (ACES®), to more comprehensive data management systems, like the CTMS system, which collects and maintains data on 2000 patients annually enrolled in multiple protocols at multiple sites. Our systems can be customized to new client needs and tailored to project specifications using Theradex®'s own proprietary technologies for automated data capture via a fax-in system (Theradox®) and the Theratox® coding system. Data entry can also be performed using our in-house data entry facilities for direct data capture from case report forms. Electronic transfer of data collected from ACES® entry systems, as well as local clinical management computers, and central laboratory databases can also be accommodated. Theradex® also offers case report form tracking, graphical display of study data and statistical analysis using SAS®.
